We originally was working with another realtor who showed us many fine houses but when we told him what we hoped to get for our house he was skeptical. We called Lesley and started working with her. Had it not been for Lesley we would not have gotten the house we wanted as there were several bids . Also she got us the price we were hoping for from the sale of our house. First of all, Lesley has great experience in real estate, having learned it at her mother's knee, who had her own real estate business. And having grown up in western Mass., she knows the area like the back of her hand, and I know from personal experience that she could teach a master class in real estate. Twelve years ago, when I wanted to move from Maine back to western Mass. and buy a house, Lesley was recommended to me by friends who had worked with her in finding their home. She worked arduously to help me find the perfect house for me, and with her connections, made sure it wasn't sold out from under before I closed on the property. I recently enjoyed watching her in action again when I decided it was time to sell my house. Like a well-oiled machine she put up signs, scheduled showings and was always there for those, and in less than a month the deal was done...to everyone's satisfaction. I should add that Lesley also knows all the key players who might be required, be it lot surveying, septic issues, home repairs, landscaping, etc. She's the best!

We were very fortunate to have Leslie as the realtor for our home. The market analysis was excellent and within the range we sold the home for. The marketing plan and open house were well executed and the reason why our home sold quickly during the Thanksgiving to Christmas holiday season which is always a challenge period to sell a home. There was a bump in the road when our buyer lost the buyer for their home and we were challenged with what to do next. In less than 3 days Leslie and her team actually assisted in finding a new buyer for the home of our buyers which kept our closing date on schedule. Throughout the selling process Leslie was professional and offered clear and simple guidance on our options. She always had the answer to our questions and prompted us when action was needed and provided names of resources to use. If you are buying/selling a home in the Westfield MA market I encourage you to work with Leslie. You will have the best outcome that is possible.
